Gentlemen:

In light of possible future plans for expansion of our group, perhaps we can learn from this gaming group's experience?

The Syndicate

I like their philosophy: friendship-focused, group-first, deliberately not achievement-oriented (at least not at the cost of the first two). At least that's my quick summary.
